I couldn’t be more pleased with the team who came to insulate our attic, basement, and exterior walls! From start to finish, they were professional, upbeat, and clearly well-prepared — it was obvious they had been fully briefed by their peer, Steve Cotnoir, who conducted the energy audit beforehand. UPDATE: I am updating this on May 19, 2026, having just found out that the propane furnace they were subcontracted to install in my home was done incorrectly and was found to have numerous code violations, missing parts that were deliberately not installed and improper clearance, making it a combustion and fire hazard. In addition, they failed to obtain the legally required permits. Had a really great experience with Newell Crathern! Josh came out first to do the weatherization audit and was super easy to talk to, he explained everything in a way that actually made sense and didn’t feel pushy at all. A few weeks later, the crew came back to do the insulation work in my attic and around the house. Shoutout to Ryan, Kyle, Tristan, Ron, and Nate (aka “Nate the Great”) they were all awesome. Phenomenal service from start to finish! Jon, Kyle, and Tristan did a fantastic job installing our new mini split system to replace our outdated furnace. They were professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home throughout the entire process.
