I couldn’t be more pleased with the team who came to insulate our attic, basement, and exterior walls! From start to finish, they were professional, upbeat, and clearly well-prepared — it was obvious they had been fully briefed by their peer, Steve Cotnoir, who conducted the energy audit beforehand. Had a really great experience with Newell Crathern! Josh came out first to do the weatherization audit and was super easy to talk to, he explained everything in a way that actually made sense and didn’t feel pushy at all. Phenomenal service from start to finish! Jon, Kyle, and Tristan did a fantastic job installing our new mini split system to replace our outdated furnace.
