Got my package ahead of schedule and order moved swiftly with frequent updates
Ordered a new computer prebuilt. Computer arrived damaged beyond use. Ordered a replacement, new replacement been over 1.5 weeks no refund, no tracking updates. I asked for a refund and they yet to refund me. Apparently even though the computer arrived damage, the shipping cannot be refunded as well.... Worst computer ever.
despite all these negative reviews I made a order for my first build and I couldn't be more happier! everything they shipped was properly packaged, brand new and expedite to my door. I will defiantly be ordering all my parts here they are the best price around !!!! thankyou for some amazing service new egg Canada !
I was very sceptical after reading all those negative comments, but eventually ordered Open Box Monitor. I chose cheapest delivery option and it took a week to get it delivered (during easter time ) so I think it's not bad. Monitor was in perfect like new condition in original packaging, all accessories included.
You always send the shipping instructions at the last minute. I missed a delivery because of that. It’s really frustrating the job feels half done… It’s terrible…
