I was very sceptical after reading all those negative comments, but eventually ordered Open Box Monitor. I chose cheapest delivery option and it took a week to get it delivered (during easter time ) so I think it's not bad. Monitor was in perfect like new condition in original packaging, all accessories included.
You always send the shipping instructions at the last minute. I missed a delivery because of that. It’s really frustrating the job feels half done… It’s terrible…

This is the slowest shipping company in the world. My item has been in packaging for 3 days, while on Amazon you get your things within 24 hours. They haven’t improved in 15 years ! what a disgrace. I’m going to cancel my order. !
