Hannah was amazing! I felt heard, felt deep relief, and am really grateful for her work. I was in a lot of pain and she knew how to really gently but effectively loosen me up.
I’ve been a massage therapist and massage receiver for over 17 years and this is a whole new experience in the best way! Hannah’s technique, while relaxing, is also very therapeutic in a way that made my muscles jump and twitch (just from her holds) as they recalibrated and released. It is amazing how much progress she helped me achieve in just one hour. I’m not quite sure how she does it, but it is wonderful and I feel very lucky to know her!
Hannah is great! She has a lot of knowledge around posture and what massage/stretching techniques to help improve it. I can’t recommend her enough!
Hannah was amazing! She was incredibly knowledgeable and knew just what I needed, and was able to give me some stretching and strength tips to improve my running. 10/10 recommend.
