I signed a contract with Newday Inc (Robert Day aka Todd Day) for plumbing/sewer repair. The work was never performed. I was lied to week after week for over 3 months about him starting the project. He would keep saying "next week." He does not respond to requests for a refund. Now he has gone silent. I looked at the BBB+ and found that I'm not the only one he swindled. This guy is a crook. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! You will be robbed. I'm not a customer of theirs. I was a vender that supplied a service and they never paid us. Very dishonest.

We had a deck built by another company and it was beyond horrible and unsafe. We had Todd come out and he did a thorough inspection. He took pictures and notes and sat down with us to go through all the issues. We needed to redo the railings, stairs, and one section of the deck. It looks amazing. The quality of his workmanship is above and beyond. We couldn't be happier with the finished product. We now have a deck we know is safe and are proud to show off.
