I do not recommend anyone work for or with this business. You will be treated like a number. The ownership in Spain only cares about the bottom-line, and the local management is inexperienced and unhappy with their jobs which will trickle down to you as the employee.
They treat their employees like slaves.... very unhealthy place to work, many many unkept promises about raises, pto, etc.
Great place to work all supervisors are amazing the plant manager and HR are very understanding room for advancement
