Dr Jordan is really good, don't feel rushed or talked down to with obnoxiously complicated medical terms. Very professional. But you can almost never get them on the phone like trying to call several times a day multiple days in a row to ask about perceptions or test. All they can tell you is to use the my chart app which I can't get to work 80% of the time. Small office can't be so busy to not answer the phone or even have a voicemail to return calls. Major draw back of this place.
Wrong when nurse practitioner lies and says you demanded anything. I'm filing a complaint against her. So the younger lady that was there hope she doesn't follow in her footsteps and lie. I never once demanded anything.
