Let's keep it a BUCK, when in need of a tow, you're not EXCITED about your purchase, but Adam was Super friendly and they got out REALLY quick, which is saying something when you're out in the middle of the country, stuck in a ditch. For being an EMERGENCY tow service, they don't try to jack up their prices, which speaks VOLUMES in this economy. I cant recommend them enough!
I had a trailer tire blowout on the highway without a spare. After unhooking and making the trip to purchase a replacement, my jack failed. A driver from Newcomer saw me and pulled his truck up; the presence of his truck and flashers garnered significantly more respect and space from passing traffic. He uses his jack to lift the trailer -- no questions of payment, no "sign here", just an "I hate being out on this road" and a helping hand.
