Moved to Holland for the year and unexpectedly got access to a boat last minute. I called Newcomer trying to cram in a hitch install before I needed to get the boat, and they went above and beyond to not just get me on the schedule - but also came to the store after hours on the weekend to swap out a piece that I had incorrectly sized. Best customer service I have seen in any company for a very long time!
Called in about a specific hitch style for my car and they did not hesitate to help out! Installed and working fantastic!
