Took my weight distribution hitch to Newcomer as I was having problems after transferring it to a new truck / Rockwood 2109S travel trailer. The problem was diagnosed and corrected in no time flat. These people are honest, reasonable and professional. I was also happy to learn that they can work on my trailer brakes and bearing and other trailer components. Staff is friendly and professional.
Newcomers Plow and Hitch do a lot more than plows and hitches! It may be simpler to list what they don't do. Recently, they've helped me with tune-ups, oil changes, brake repairs, trailer wiring, and tow bar installation. My favorite service was when they diagnosed and fixed a drive train issue, replacing a front axle and differential that the dealer had given up on diagnosing and that two other shops had misdiagnosed.
Moved to Holland for the year and unexpectedly got access to a boat last minute. I called Newcomer trying to cram in a hitch install before I needed to get the boat, and they went above and beyond to not just get me on the schedule - but also came to the store after hours on the weekend to swap out a piece that I had incorrectly sized. Best customer service I have seen in any company for a very long time!
