All the employees are kind and understanding. Taylor the director is AMAZING!
They did a great job with my dad's prepaid service in 2020. The one for my mom, who passed away recently, was less than ideal. They didn't include the link for family/friends to donate, they just wrote the word "link" which, when I wrote it, was actually a hyperlink. This happened in both obituaries. So no donations were made because the actual website wasn't listed. They also included in the obituary that there were calling hours prior to the 3:00 pm service. Made us feel comfortable and took very good care of our families loved one . Highly recommend them.
I'm so glad my mom selected Newcomers for her funeral services. Mom made prearrangements, and Newcomers handled all of the details. We added on to these arrangements with ease. This allowed our family to grieve and celebrate her life. The staff communicated with us every step of the way. The overall costs were so reasonable for all the services we received.
