Newcomer in Grove City was very patient and respectful in all our interactions. Responsive to all my requests and their presentation very professional. Used them for my husband and will preset- up my arrangements with them for myself to help my children navigate this trying time.
I can't say enough good things about Newcomer Southwest, especially the friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable Kelly Ortman. The care and attention she gave my family was above and beyond exceptional service. She listened to what we wanted and constructed a wonderful plan for my Mom's funeral. If/when we need funeral services again, we will always return to Kelly.

The death of my daughter was so unexpected and I still can't believe she is gone. I had heard so many great things about Newcomers. We didn't have a lot of money which worried us. I had her body sent to Newcomers. All of the staff was great and caring. When my husband and I die we will be sent to Newcomers.
