I wholeheartedly would recommend Newcomer funeral home. We used the Grove City location and the people there were all very kind and respectful. There was no hard sell and they were very respectful of our feelings and needs and very easy to work with before, during and after my husband’s service.

Taylor is simply an incredible director. He helped with both my mother's and my grandpa's funerals and his overall compassion and attention to details, all while still being kind and understanding of how quirky my family can be, made the situation easier to handle. He makes the process more comfortable and personable. The two girls who picked up my grandfather's body were also absolutely wonderful and I regret that I do not remember their names.

At a time my mother was planning a funeral for my uncle whom she was very close, I do appreciate the staff at Newcomer, they weren't "pushy" at all, they were in contact and willing to meet day one. They helped with a lot of legal questions and were just extremely patient, kind and helpful. Thank you so much my 82 year old mother was very touched by your customer service and how you made her feel seen and heard!

I didn't feel like I was alone. I didn't feel pressured into any decisions. I personally would not have considered newcomers at first. My mom's family used one service. My dad's family used another. After we used newcomers we will definitely use them again.
