I lost much husband Anthony was the worse day in my life. I had his home going at Newcomer Southwest (Grove City). The meeting with our Farah was truly meaningful. He would be handle with care and all wishes would be meet. The financial were discussed and agreed but more focus on the love one. The video was made of our pics and our music it was amazing. Kelly Ortman made the experience the absolute best it could be. She was kind, patient and so understanding as I fumbled my way through everything. She came in to check how things went on her day off and overall felt like a member of the family. I find it truly hard to believe anyone could do a better job.
Not at all transparent or professional. Kelly was our Director that we dealt with and she was a shady lying person. Will never use them again and urge others to not make the same mistake my family made. How a funeral home can include people who were BANNED from knowing anything (that were not family biologically nor legally) is beyond me. Then to straight up lie and omit facts to the family is absolutely wild.
