My younger sister passed away July 24th 2024 3 weeks now so I called about picking up her ashes they said she wasn't cremated yet. My Older Sister messaged them asked the same thing, Newcomers told her are sister was cremated a week ago. the lady is real rude not polite at all and gave me and my sister's the runaround. It's now Aug 8th 2024 and still waiting for my sisters ashes.
This is the 5th funeral I have had the honor of organizing. This time I lived 500 miles away. My 57 year old sister passed unexpectedly in her sleep. NewComer was recommended by her best friend and it was within walking distance for her only heir, a son. I have a different view of funerals/memorials than most. I make every effort to make sure everyone has an opportunity to grieve in a way most meaningful to them.
