They were great. Open and honest about how long things would take and how much they would cost. Treated us well, even though we are definitely weird people.
My 35-year-old daughter passed away suddenly. I didn't know what to do which way to go. The staff at newcomers was compassionate understanding. I couldn't have asked for a more warmer environment. They just made my worst nightmare. Just a little bit better.
I can nor say enough with the followup and attention to detail we received. Kathleen Coe was amazing and so was the others that assisted in our very complicated arrangement.
