This place deserves 6 stars. I came here for a 15" uhual truck and unfortunately the person that was supposed to drop it off, never showed up. I came from the quad cities by lyft and the amount of compassion and thoughtfulness these people had was great. Nicole was the true person who stood out and directed me on what to ask the uhual phone rep to get my 15" uhual somewhere closer to the quad cities. She even drove me back to quad cities so that I could save the money I was reimbursed for the lyft to Muscatine and back. I di... read more
