Didn't have what I needed but pointed me in the right direction, very helpful
Very Rude!! I have rang this place a few times to see if they have parts in stock, and every time been met with rudeness and arrogance. Go to Terrace Boating if you want to be spoken to nicely. I had planned on buying a new boat soon, will definitely spend my money elsewhere.
The people at yamaha marine were friendly and very helpful. They asked a few basic questions and were able to get to the problem and fix it at a very reasonable price. My little yamaha 15 is running great. I would highly recommend them.
Great experience with Newcastle Yamaha Marine. Prompt service, quick to reply with quotes, and very easy to deal with. They also had a really quick turnaround refitting the outboard, which was much appreciated. The whole process was smooth and professional. Highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable marine service.
Pretty disgusted with the customer service. The woman that works there is fantastic and friendly however her husband is nothing but rude, been here multiple times and its always the same, would rather drive an hour further than deal with him. Makes you feel like your inconviencing him by trying to use them.
