I had taken my VW elsewhere just to change the indicator stalk. When I got the car back, there was a warning light that wasn't there before. They kept my car for days and couldn't clear it. These guys cleared the warning in no time and were super nice to me. Highly recommend them. Thank you!
I can't recommend Newcastle VW Centre more highly. Both Anthony and Shane were extremely polite and helpful to resolve an electonics issue in my Touareg as kust a drop-in off the street. Continuing my travels with a caravan on the back was looking very precarious until the guys very quickly identified the issue and made the necessary repairs. And they only charged for the part, all the time and labour were free! Thanks guys, you have an awesome VW repair centre!!
I would give 10 stars if possible lol. Give credit to straight shooters when its due. This mechanic is as legit as they come. There is straight up no-nonsense, and no leading you around the block. I believe the long haired moustache man, lol, is the owner. Super relaxed and approachable person. Much respect! Honesty is always the best policy imo.
