I have known Riq since he first opened his business due to a previous occupation which had me dealing with many of the used car dealerships across Newcastle, Hunter and Central Coast. I always found him to be extremely honest and upfront not just with me but also customers I would see him dealing with when at his site. I can hand on heart say that to this day, his is still the only business I would purchase a pre-loved vehicle from in this area.

It took a bit of time for me to find the perfect car I had wanted but as soon as I did and contacted Newcastle Vehicle Exchange, things went smoothly. Riq was brilliant, he was even willing to meet me on a Sunday when the dealership is generally closed. He picked me up from the station as I was coming from far, prepared everything before my arrival, answered every question I had and even helped me to get a comprehensive insurance policy before saying goodbye to him and driving home my beloved Kia Sportage. I recently purchased a car for my son from Riq. He was highly professional with exceptional service that exceeded my expectations. Riq made the transaction very easy for me and helped me understand everything I needed regarding the car I bought for my son and he delivered the car to Sydney. My son is very happy...
