Good service on vehicle. Very friendly. No offer for a car while you spend the day waiting for a service. Unlike Mitsubishi Penrith or even dubbed who give you a lift to anywhere in the care and pick you up. They need this n they get 4.5 stars.
I have had all my services over 4 year period with Newcastle Ssangyong, at their old address and their new address. I have no complaints whatsoever. Everything was done, the price caps were honoured. The staff even made me coffee as I had to wait and they continually checked in on me. I give a five star rating. Next service is coming up soon too.
These people do everything possible not to honour the 7 yr warranty and instead try to overcharge for the repairs. The Ssang yong warranty is acknowledged even by the the Ssangyong dealers as not very good - I was told no suspension ideas at all were covered. I would not buy a Ssangyong based on the so called 7yr warranty.
Newcastle ssangyong are disgusting,do not go anywhere near them,they do not honour capped price service schedule and are combative and rude,wouldn’t take a lawn mower to them
An absolute nightmare experience buying a new car that ended up before the NSW Civil & Admin Tribunal ordering a full refund. I recommend purchasing a car at another dealership.
