It's disappointing that when they promise a two week turn around, in reality it took them two months. However the worst part is if I left a message there would be no return call to the point I believe the job would have dragged on for much longer which shows the planning of the business needs a overhaul. The quality of workmanship is worth 5 out of 5 but their communication is worth a 1. Which dragged their score down.

Today I attended the office of Newcastle Roofing Supplies at Cardiff with an 'unusual' request. The guys in the office, Jay and Chris, went out of their way to help and assist me to find the product I wanted. They were great. I am extremely happy with the service I received and would not hesitate to recommend or do repeat business with them.
Poor experience told them I got a quote cheaper elsewhere and the guy that rang me bagged out everyone else and said they are the best and then said if I’m looking to get away with a cheap job then they aren’t for me. Very rude the person I spoke to on the phone ended up hanging up on them poor customer service.
