Horrible service, I purchased a Decina shower screen After I paid and had it delivered, the Decina shower screen didn't fit. I phoned Jesmond to ask about returning they advise it can't be return if no in the original packaging, I told them I can repack just how it was received in bubble wrap and cardboard. No they told me they won't accept as not in original packaging, I asked her and she said it's on the website seriously!
