This pharmacy provides exceptional, personal service unlike the larger company owned stores, where they know little or nothing about your needs or often your name. Their parking is right outside the front door for easy access and you always receive a friendly greeting. I highly recommend Newcastle Pharmacy to look out for my needs. They care.
I honestly can’t say enough kind things about Fady and his team. The kindness and compassion they treat me with is better than I have ever experienced anywhere. They’re so quick at filling the prescriptions that I haven’t even made it home from the doctor and I’m getting a call that it’s filled. They also take the time to talk to me about my prescriptions and help me plan when to take them for minimal interaction. I have never had a better pharmacy experience. They are truly the best!
