Dr Lisa Collins was amazing. She provided fantastic breastfeeding support in a non- judgemental and supportive way that ensured that what was best for my baby, myself and my family unit was the goal. She gave me evidence based advice in an easy to understand manner and made sure I had the tools to continue implementing strategies beyond the appointments. I’m extremely grateful for the wonderful care I received here and recommend Lisa highly.

I booked a lactation consultant appointment for what I thought was fairly mild latching issues and pain on one side. Dr Lisa gave quite different recommendations to what previous health professionals had told me and recommended a specific feeding position for my anatomy and bub's size. Her recommendations fixed the latching pain but also completely changed feeds, making them easier. I left here feeling like I could cry of relief. I had been ignored by my GP and a family health centre when I expressed concerns about my bubs wind and nappies. I was only offered a phone consult with a lactation consultant and was told everything was normal, to keep feeding and it would resolve itself. Weeks later and we still had the same issues.
