A one star is too high, as it should be zero! I have put my wipper snipper in for repair after it would not start for the first time in 2 years, i have always followed the direction and training that I was given in reguards to oil mix and fuel. I was told if I purchased their oil and followed their training this would qualify me for the 3 year extended warranty. I have now been left with no machine for 4 months and after many conversations with them ,they will not houner their policy and my rights! Some of the staff that I d... read more

Worked here untill got disrespected, I resigned and packed up my tools and left now they have taken $1402.50 from me due to not giving a weeks notice after only being there 7 weeks, & also withheld $200 from me untill I return their uniforms ( which I have already spoken to them and told them I will come in and return them). Pathetic businnes. Lazy workers who could not even put the machine I purchased from them together, just handed the box to me. Don't buy hasqvarna blower cheap and rubbish. They do not have a 30day return policy even though they said they did. Hey do not return your phone calls, you have to Chase them. Unprofessional and i do not understand how they are open. Avoid this bussinnes. I run my own businnes and will not be coming to these to purchase again.
