I visited Newcastle Motorcycle Tyres for a bike service, and my experience was very disappointing. The staff member was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I felt disrespected and uncomfortable during the interaction, and the behaviour came across as intimidating. It also seemed like there was unfair treatment toward customers from different backgrounds. If I had recorded the incident, I would have seriously considered taking further action. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place.
