I went to this workshop just to have two belts replaced — a very simple job for any mechanic. At first everything seemed fine, but the next day the belts started squealing again. I realized they were far too loose. I drove back and they said they had fixed it, but only an hour later the noise came back. If you’re a young girl who doesn’t know much about cars — beware. I’d just moved to the area and took my car here because it was the closest. I called ahead when my engine light came on, and the man on the phone was lovely, said to bring it in and he’d scan it. After the scan, I was told it needed a new part and to book a service. I did, and paid nearly $1,000 — but as soon as I picked it up, I knew the issue wasn’t fixed. The car was still burning through fuel and the engine light came back on within 24 hours. Had a front headlight globe replaced. Service was prompt without dramas. Excellent customer service. Fitted me into their busy schedule. Would recommend this business and I would definitely use them again.
