My call today to NCMG couldn’t be answered and I know from past experience that a call would likely not be retuned, so no message left. Last week Tuesday I spoke to the service manager who assured me XYZ after months of lots of nothing. And today, I still await his feedback. Truly at a loss.
I took my vehicle down to get some work done in the service department. after canceling and rebooking me, they took an additional 2 weeks.
Warning Customer Services is terrible. I've been hung up on multiple times. No one calls you back. No one wants to assist you.
Just purchased our brand new Mu-X from Joel and Paul, highly rate these guys, weren’t pushy, gave helpful advice and helped us have a smooth transition into a new vehicle… don’t think I’ll be buying a new car anytime soon but when the time comes, they’ll be my first stop.
As an ex worker of this very poor establishment, I wouldn't ever be purchasing or getting a vehicle serviced here. Paul Felton is by far the worst individual to deal with. He treats the workers like garbage and makes false accusations that tarnish a permanent work record. I can only imagine how he treats customers to their faces because I've sure heard the profanities he says behind closed doors about customers and other workers.
