I took my Renault in because the air conditioning wasn't working. To my surprise, the workshop initially couldn't identify the fault, and I had to demonstrate the issue myself when I collected the car. On a second required visit, they diagnosed a faulty fan speed resistor/controller and agreed to replace it. By now I've been waiting five months for the replacement part. Service Department is an absolute joke !!! Put our van in to have an exhaust sensor repaired , 2 hour job ! The mechanic broke a bolt getting to it !!! Six weeks later , 3 of which we were overseas , but plenty of time to get a replacement bolt , it was finished !!! BUT because the vehicle had been in the workshop for 6 weeks , and not been turned on , flat battery , which they DID replace , BUT , in turn the lithium battery had died , which cost us $1400 to replace !!! I had a lot of questions about things to do with my car. The woman at the counter was so great at answering everything so quickly. And just looking everything up so fast too. Very easy-going, professional, and she wasn't condescending at all because of my questions - which I really liked.
