Don't waste your time! 2 staff present but couldn't give a price or show me a pair of shoes that were on display as "that person is at lunch". I then enquired about wrist support splints - they didnt even know and advised me another competitors shop. Can't make this stuff up!

Not only did this business hire me a wheelchair that was unsafe and hard to manoeuvre, they charge double the weekly hire rate than their competitors. When I brought these issues to the sales person's attention I was met suspicion that there was a problem. No refund was offered and I was made to feel like because I was in a wheelchair I should be grateful for the second rate scraps they offered. These people should be embarrassed to work in such a rip off joint!

Can't thank Steve and his team enough. Over the past few years these guys have gone out their way to help me in any way they can. Most recently, my electronic wheelchair developed a problem. 1 phone call to Newcastle Mobility and problem solved. Paul and Rachel delivered me a loan chair and took mine away for repairs. All within 3-4 hours of my desperate phone call for help...highly recommend these guys for any of your Mobility needs. Thanks again guys. Cheers Shayne.
