Cant speak highly enough of the service team. Oliver and Andrew sorted out a long term issue ive had with Glendale Mazda in one day. Service price was fair and they weren't pushy at all

It’s hard to imagine having a better new car buying experience. Daniel handled our needs with aplomb. I've been a loyal customer of Mazda Newcastle for the last 9 years. All the services upto 110k had been done here. Unfortunately today the service has been average. I had requested for the wheels to be aligned and when I went to pick up the car the alignment wasnt done. Upon asking why it wasn't done, the service manager had no clue. He just kept saying its not done, I dont know why and had no explanation. Also I usually used to get a free wash and clean which also wasn't done today.
