Terrible customer service. Vehicle servicing department extremely unreliable.
DO NOT SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE HERE OR PURCHASE PARTS! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. Took my Iveco van in for a service and noted down that it had started to make a loud noise in the engine bay when I would release the accelerator pedal. After the service was "completed" I went to pickup the van and began driving it home and the noise was still there. Required 3 visits for a 1st service. 1. Left truck at dealers for its 1st service and minor warranty work, rather than wait we were advised to leave it with them at 7.30am for the day. Service started at 3p.m & concluded 4p.m. only to be told to come back as the parts for the warranty work were not in stock & would need to rebook for second visit. 2. Warranty work which was minor required all day visit. 3. On drive home a reminder to service the truck appeared on the screen requiring a 3rd visit.
