Always helpful above and beyond everytime
It’s refreshing dealing with a company still focused on customer satisfaction and relationships still in this day and age. I don’t see why I would switch to using any other fluid power company in Newcastle. Cheers to John, Lyn and the crew over at Warrabrook. Keep on doing what your doing!

Today I took my small tipper in to Newcastle hydraulics as the ram wasn't going all the way up. I was met by such friendly people, my dog Louie was invited in, and the boss took the time out to talk over what might be the problem. He then sent out a skilled tradesman who spent about 20 minutes getting to a pressure relief valve to adjust it, and then when I re entered the office he told me not to worry about any payment. Recently had a problem with an older hydraulic pump on my tractor From when I dropped it in to picking it up ,customer service was a credit to this company. Saved me a lot of money ,rather than an expensive replacement pump.Big thank you to Lyn & Allan
