I used this service to go to Newcastle Airport for an early Saturday morning flight a few weeks ago. The driver arrived early and let me know he was waiting outside when I was ready to leave. He was the owner, he was very polite and the trip it was a good. I would use this service again.
Since being bought out, the drivers are not as respectful nor have I felt particularly safe, except the once when the new boss drove. Previously it was a good service.
We have utilised your service for almost 15 years regularly and it has been great. We understand that Newcastle Hire Car and Waratah Hire Car have merged and we understand that it takes time for everything to be sorted out. However the trip we had from Newcastle to Sydney Airport was the worse experience I've ever had with a driver. They almost swiped a parked car in our street.
