Fairly knowledgeable and plenty of varied stock, as long as you've got about two hours to spare waiting for them to serve you. Probably the slowest group of blokes in a shop I've witnessed, even if you order ahead for some reason they don't prepare it ahead of time. They wait for you to arrive before prepping anything. Two stars because they usually have what you need at the end of the day.
