Technician Brent Von Hofman conducted an inspection and discovered a slight problem. He addressed it immediately and arranged for another trip out to resolve the issue. I've always found the company and technicians to be honest and reliable.

First timer, but definitely will be a long timer with Newcastle Heating & Cooling. Caleb serviced our gas fireplace that others had said would take $$$ to fix. He was personable, proficient, and professional, and got the flames going again for the reasonable cost of a service call. I'm pleased and ready for winter.
These guys were fantastic! My upstairs wasn’t cooling properly, they moved quickly and got me the part I needed replacing. My unit is not the brand they normally work with, but they still were able to get the job done. Their pricing is fair, and the customer service is fantastic. I highly recommend Texas 1st. We put in a call at 9AM when our AC quit putting out cold air. Jacob arrived an hour or so early, but called before he arrived to see if it was OK. It certainly was. He diagnosed the problem extremely quickly, went out to his truck, got the part, and fixed the system in minutes. Spectacular job.
