I’d give this practice 0 stars if it was possible, one of the doctors neglected my mums back injury and sent her back to work and she broke it a second time when she tried to talk to his boss about it he accused her of looking for drugs and she also tried to get help for my autism diagnosis and her doctor accused her of being abusive and said maybe she’s autistic which yeah probably? So why not help us both. Stay away from this practice if you want to keep your sanity.
Absolutely terrible attitudes at this surgery with all 3 of the male drs. 2 years of neglect from Williams, towards myself and my then undiagnosed autistic daughter who I have solely cared for, for 28 years now. When I asked about her behaviours he said he thought I was autistic and left it at that, kept pushing antipsychotic medication onto me. Never directing me to anywhere but despair.
