If I could give no stars I would. Last month I spoke to a lovely women whom’s name I can’t remember and booked in an appointment to get a tube flush done of $500. I later spoke to my husband and we decided to go forward with the oil base which is a lot more expensive $1,100.00 - being so close to Christmas we could not afford this, I called back the next day, apologised and told her I would call back in January to rebook. Dr Fuller and her team were fantastic over the five years we received fertility treatment. We always felt heard, and Dr Fuller was skilled and confident in her decisions. Her staff were friendly and responsive, it made a huge difference during a very stressful time. I cannot recommend them enough!

The Physician, Dr Myvanwy McIlveen, was cold and we found her dismissive with no empathy whatsoever for what we are going through. She provided no answers and when asking for details of next steps she just handed me a brochure. No costs or figures provided, no idea what the issue is just ‘unexplained’ and no effort to find out further. She is on the board for genea and will recommend genea, based on my experience I hope Genea is different. I reckon your best bet is to go to Hunter IVF.
