Excellent service
I went to see Dr Davies to help me see after unsuccessful cataract surgery with a another doctor and charged me $295 to tell me that he was not going to help me. Didn't listen to anything I said as I said I was not going back to the previous surgeon and then proceeded to tell me he wrote a letter to him and that I need to see him again. Not impressed and absolutely disgusted that he charged me $295 to tell me he was not going to help. Joanna Ross (via Belinda Ross) Do not recommend
Thanks Dr Davies. Received the best treatment for my cataract surgery at the Newcastle Eye Hospital. Very professional staff. Highly recommended.
Not helpful and rude. The Dr told me to just visit an optometrist next time as they are too busy with surgeries. Rushed through things to get me out of there All the other staff were very lovely though and helped me to understand what I was supposed to do next
