Superior customer service: always pleasant, courteous and professional. And the selection of frames with excellent price points is top notch. Both my husband and I are thrilled with both the great service and quality of our new glasses!
As someone who hates wearing glasses but needs to, I reluctantly went in for a checkup and to update my glasses. To my surprise, I was there for well over 2hrs as the staff attempted to find the perfect pair while they listened to my preferences and concerns about frame and lens options. The price was very reasonable, and the final product exceeded all expectations. I’d highly recommend Newcastle Eye Care.
