Delivered on time and was beautiful.
I won a custom dried floral arrangement from Newcastle dried flower co, as part of a instagram giveaway. I was contacted about the prize and then when it came to it being customised and collected, my messages all went "seen" but unanswered. Ultimately I never received my prize or even an explanation as to what happened to it. A very disappointing experience, and disgusting behavior that they agreed to be a part of a collective small business giveaway on instagram to then never pull through and deliver the prize.
