Terrible appointment policy, which isn’t confirmed in writing. No extenuating circs taken into account for missed appointments. No rewards for loyalty. Won’t discuss anything on a lunch break despite doors being open. Brutal customer service therefore. Off to find a more caring practice.

They are so kind. Walked in and it was lovely and warm in the cold weather, and the women at the desk were all so welcoming and polite. And the dentist!!!! She is absolutely amazing. I think her name was Katie, and she made me feel so comfortable as this was my first time going there and she was very prompt, seen me at exactly my appointment time, took her time checking my teeth and gave me lots of information about what they were saying about my teeth and techniques to help my tooth pain.
