Very friendly & knows his trade from the looks of all the equipment & tools he has in his shop. Did a quick repair on a piano bench leg. Didn’t want to charge for the repair as it was a quick fix but he got a tip anyway. I told him I appreciate knowing a reliable & obviously skilled craftsman.
Craig fixed my son’s headboard, and it’s like it was never broken to begin with! He did an amazing job, had a great turn-around-time and offered very fair pricing. Would one hundred percent recommend and use his services again!
Craftsman like Craig are a treasure. I bought a Victorian rocker high chair that I fully intend to actually use for our first child we are expecting in April. It was in great condition cosmetically, but needed a little TLC as far as functionality and sturdiness. Craig made it good as new, and now I have this gorgeous piece of (likely) 120+ year old history for our child. He is so friendly and fun to talk with and obviously takes much care in the work he does. I highly recommend Newcastle Co!
