Friendly staff very happy and professional.
They were very friendly and when I had some notes for them about what happens to my car, they were pretty good about it. I like that they weren't condescending or belittling because I wrote some notes down.
Appalling. The under body protection was removed during the service as expected. Upon picking up the car the under body gear was rattling. At home we found 2 bolts missing. The car was taken back 2 days later and supposedly fixed. Another under car inspection at home found more bolts missing. We took the vehicle to the company that installed it originally. Up on the hoist 5 of the 8 bolts were missing. One bolt was rattling loose as it was the wrong size. Not going back there again
I'd like to personally thank Joel, Darren and Tim down at Newcastle Isuzu. The teams genuine personalities helped to seal the deal making the choice on my new Dmax. After shopping around at other dealers and having a poor customer experience, I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with the service received.
