A very friendly welcome from Bree, definitely the right young lady to welcome and provide service as the “front of house”. A delightful and friendly welcome from Dr Mark Williams, as well as his dental assistant. This was my first visit to the practice and it was most encouraging.
Dr Mark and the team at Newcastle City Dental were kind, helpful and thorough. Dr Mark put my 3 year old son at ease, and connected with him before inviting him into the room. This made our visit easier, but was also really positive for my son who now isn’t afraid to go back to the dentist. I am SO happy we went here and I’ll be bringing myself and the rest of the family back for our regular checks ups and cleans.
