I paid for premium and not only did it not wash under my ride it only washed 3/4 of it. The back end from the wheels back weren’t touched.
So far, my experience with washing here was good. The pre-soak soap is amazing. It eats up all the dirt, even brake dust! The wax is a LOT. A lot better than most other car washes... I found someone that works there, and they graciously reimbursed me for the lost money spent on the defective bay. Good place to keep your vehicle clean. The touchless wash works very well. Open 24 hours. Now has tap for interac/credit.
