It’s been 12 months since purchasing my Network caravan . I want to thank all the sales, service guys and office staff for their great customer service. They really work well as a team to put the customer first. Would highly recommend Newcastle caravans & RV’s if looking for a new van.
Would give no stars but had to give them one to post this review . We purchased a masterpiece xtm caravan from these guys and in less than a year a major default in the one piece floor was detected. This is a warranty issue that the warranty department admitted they had used a faulty flooring material. This ended in a warranty decision by NSW C icily and Administrative Tribunal (Ncat) in our favour. Refund to be paid. No, this company chose to appeal. It is super rare that I give 5 stars. 5 stars should be reserved for excellence only. Newcastle Caravans & RVs definitely fall into the "excellent" category. The staff feel like family. They know their stuff but aren't pushy like most salespeople. They all made the process so easy and comfortable from the initial visit, the sales negotiation, the ordering, and right through to the super quick delivery. Tried to book in for 12 month service and warranty work on our Network RV. Was told buy Phil not interested cause they didn’t sell the van. Great service. No issue with communication. Was told to take it back to where we bought it from because they didn’t make the money on the sale of the van.
