Can not speak more highly of these people. After driving 7 hours to pick up a newly purchased caravan from a private seller we ran into to some issues. These guys were nothing short of amazing willing to offer us help and support from the moment we picked up the phone to ring. Tracey and Bill deserve special recognition not only for their costumer service and support but expertise and advice. We will definitely be back the 7hrs to have our van serviced by them. Being a first time caravan purchaser can be a daunting task. We checked many vans at several caravan shows, some salesmen ignored us altogether (their loss) Macca from NRV showed us through the van we brought like a true pro'. After that we dealt with Tracey at NC&RVs, what a great lady to deal with, no problems to big and sorted a couple of minor issues over the phone. Booked my van in to have a wheel alignment with the team in the service centre. Upon inspection they found that the wheel bearing, brake shoes and magnets needed replacing. With a phone call and Visual inspection from me Bill and the team had everything replaced and ready to be picked up at days end. I really can’t thank them enough for keeping my family safe and the van on the road. I highly recommend there prompt thorough workmanship. Cheers
It’s been 12 months since purchasing my Network caravan . I want to thank all the sales, service guys and office staff for their great customer service. They really work well as a team to put the customer first. Would highly recommend Newcastle caravans & RV’s if looking for a new van.
