Bought a top of the line grand manor van. It’s been an absolute lemon. Newcastle Caravans refused to repair or deal with warranties for they have closed down the Vanman business and now are passing the buck onto Pro RV the manufacturers where they had them built. What a weak business model and culture. Do not use this business happy to take your money after that your on your own if things go wrong.
