Had such a wonderful experience over the weekend at NBH! The staff were so lovely, the service was outstanding and I just so happen to say “Yes to the dress”! Couldn’t recommend them enough!
I can't thank Lydia enough! I said yes to my dress but later started second guessing myself and worrying that I had picked the wrong one. Lydia was so understanding. She called me right away and scheduled a follow up appointment right before buisness close time to make sure I felt confident and happy with my decision. She made me feel completely welcome and reassured me that my feelings were valid. Her kindness, patience, and support was so reassuring. Truly an angel!
