The ladies at Newcastle bridal house were absolutely amazing. Travelling all the way from orange with my mum and daughter they went above and beyond , Allowing me to try on several dresses over and over again until finally saying yes to my dress. They made my experience sp easy very friebdly and honest was all gowns and styles .I would highly recommend this store
I recently visited Newcastle Bridal House as a guest with my friend while she was shopping for her wedding dress, and the experience was genuinely so lovely. From the moment we walked in, the staff member Lidiya made us feel welcome and comfortable without being overwhelming. She really took the time to listen to what my friend wanted, offering thoughtful suggestions while still letting her lead the process. I do not recommend this business if you are looking for a stress free experience. Ordered a dress for my daughter late in 2025 for her Feb 2026 wedding. The assistant on the day was lovely, very patient and helpful. When it came to the final measurements and deposit an officious woman ( who I later came to believe is the proprietor) appeared from the back of store to take final measurements and check the order. I went to Newcastle Bridal House to try on wedding dresses for the first time and honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Emma took one look at my Pinterest board and somehow brought my vision to life straight away. The very first dress she picked ended up being the one I ordered! I’m extremely picky and was convinced I wouldn’t find the dress within my budget, but Emma found something even better than anything I had saved. She just completely got it.
