I had a great experience with the service department at Newcastle BMW. One of the service team members took the time to help me troubleshoot an issue where my car wasn't recognising my phone. Thanks to their patience and expertise, my phone and car are now synced and working perfectly again. The service was friendly, professional, and I never felt rushed. Never Buy BMW. For more than 25 years I have been driving Japanese made cars, they are very reliable , low cost to maintain , never had an oil leak in any of them. I still have one that's 16 years modle as second family car that doesn't have oil leak in it. . My first BMW regularly serviced and start to have two oil leaks after 5 years of purchase and very expensive to fix.
Huge thanks to the team at BMW Newcastle, especially Gerry for securing a fantastic deal and Cameron for making the entire sales and delivery process seamless. Cameron kept me informed every step of the way, and when a last-minute hiccup arose, he handled it professionally and found a solution quickly. Outstanding customer service from start to finish.
