We purchased our 2nd BMW at Kloster BMW in May 2025 and Gerry and Sarah were both fantastic with their no pressure attitude which was most appreciated. They treated us like family. Looking for a new car can be very daunting experience and they both made us very welcome and comfortable. We were looking for a replacement car after visiting other manufacturers but we walked away with a new M135 I can’t rate the team at Kloster highly enough. Many thanks Mark and Anne

We are based in Sydney and found a car for sale (a BMW) in Newcastle from an independent dealer. After several phone calls and confirmation from the dealer that the car was in excellent condition, we decided to drive 2.5hrs to see the car to purchase, Turns out to be completely false, the car was poorly presented and it very poor condition, and to top it off, it had an inconsistent service history, we were extremely disappointed and felt like we had wasted our time and flat out lied to by the independent dealer.
