Had a great experience with BMW Newcastle. I purchased the car from interstate and they did a great job helping organise everything and getting the car all the way over here to WA. Big thanks to Sam Bollipo, who was my sales rep throughout the process. He was helpful, easy to communicate with and kept everything straightforward from purchase through to getting the car delivered. Really happy with the service and the whole experience. Would definitely recommend BMW Newcastle to anyone looking to purchase a car, whether you’... read more
John. K helped my wife and I with the purchase of our new BMW IX1. To say it was a very smooth and professional service is an understatement! John went through the whole car with us and was very productive on assisting with our leasing company. We looked at multiple different electric vehicles but the BMW itself is very good to drive and feels like luxury. And john made this experience fun and exciting. I would highly recommend BMW Newcastle and John
Great experience and Cameron was fantastic.
Fantastic experience with BMW Newcastle. The staff are always friendly, professional and genuinely helpful, and the level of service is excellent from start to finish. It’s refreshing to deal with a team that makes you feel valued as a customer. Great people, great service and a dealership I’d happily recommend.
Have been a customer of BMW service for many years. Braydon was exceptional today with both dropoff and pickup interactions leaving me feeling like he genuinely cares about customers. Thanks for making customers feel valued, keep up the good work Braydon!
