Sales team were fantastic, service department is abysmal. Update I contacted the manager that replied below and he did nothing about the situation at all, for clarification my expensive M car went in with a miss fire then wouldn’t start, the service team quoted me $3500 to pull the ecu out and bench test it, a job quote I questioned given i have watched someone do it on my car on YouTube and it only took them 30 mins to pull it out the car.
