Very helpful and lovely staff, great location but unfortunately the room was very dirty, outdated and smelly. My partner and I couldn’t stay here so we left.

My partner and I stayed here first time stains on the curtains , dirty bathroom looked like they don’t really clean as I seen dust and hair everywhere no shower curtain I called them up the next day to ask if I can get one they said they will drop one off to our room still didn’t get one I messaged them and the said they don’t have any more shower curtains , the microwave and fridge was dirty the aircon even was dirty , the floor looked like it wasn’t even vacuumed and even seen 2 cockroach’s on the bed frame , great locatio... read more

Room was disgusting. Mold on walls and carpet, cockroches, stains on counter, bathroom was dirty. A.C didn't work No hot water Horrible experience wouldn't recommend

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. I stayed here with my partner and daughter for a stopover on a long trip. The advertisement photos were deceiving. My daughter threw her dummy underneath the bed, so I moved the bed to reach it and found old condom wrappers, tampon wrappers and cigarette butts. The counter tops were covered in crumbs, there was hair in the shower, mould on the shower curtains and no fly screens on the windows.
