Exceptional Service!! 5 STARS!! I don't leave Google Reviews, but for Rhys and his team i will make an exception. I turned up yesterday, unannounced, with a non-functioning airconditioner in my car. Rhys, offered incredible service, diagnostic testing and regassed my car that afternoon as he had a small window of time available. Rhys clearly explained the fee structure and necessary follow up. Friendly service, got the job done. I had everything explained really well to me, even when I could see they were flat out they still took time to make sure I knew what was going on and what to look out for, and squeezed me in. Would highly recommend!
Second time Paul has been able to squeeze me in for an a/c diagnosis (on seperate cars). Paul was knowledgeable and shared that with me as he methodically assessed the car and provided clear instructions on what to do going forward. We will continue to use Paul for all our cars.
Worst service I have ever experienced from any workshop. Charged $325 for a regas, 250 worth of labour that I didn't ask for. With no communication during the work that was being done. Rude staff and a bloke running it that obviously only cares about one paycheck rather than have a returning customer.
