I love Newcastle Aquatic Physiotherapy. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The ability to have a heated pool and/or gym plan, in conjunction with my Physiotherapy sessions is so convenient. The pool is accessible for wheelchair clients and there is accessible bathrooms.
I recently saw Nathan, exercise physiologist, and started a programme organised by him. Today I had a review which showed improvement in all areas of the plan. Onward from here!
I've been seeing physios for many years for a variety of issues and have never had great success until I found Rosie and the body braid. The body braid looks like something out of a trapeze artists kit but the impact was instant and it weirdly settled my nervous system. Being able to have access to the pool, gym and pilates reformer in the one place is brilliant. We switch between hydro and land therapy as required and the results speak for themselves.
I have only visited four times, and I love and look forward to visiting every time. My physio, Amanda, is such a lovely girl as is the rest of the staff
