I have been attending Jesmond Aquatic Physio for nearly two years after a long period of ill health that resulted in a fall. The excellent care and support I have received (after referral from my GP to the Physio) has given me back my confidence and daily joy! As an elder I feel invigorated to travel again and take on new Uni studies! The hydrotherapy pool is the best♀️
I have been attending aquatic fitness classes for 8 months and it is so much fun! I’m not a big fan of exercise but being in the pool makes it much easier to have a good workout. The staff are so friendly and helpful and it’s great to have a physiotherapist in the pool to guide you through the exercises. I suffered a back injury in February, 2025. I’m happy to say after a few months of hydrotherapy with Andreea I’m now back in the pool and loving it. Highly recommend Newcastle Aquatic Physiotherapy!
Amazing team! Fun classes and the staff just go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy and recovering well. I can’t recommend them highly enough :) give it a go and try for yourself.
