After more than 18 months out of the water, it was absolutely spectacular to finally get back in with my waterproof prosthetic leg and start moving again. It was also so wonderful to be back again at my favourite physio, Newcastle Aquatic Physiotherapy, with Sarah and her incredible team. I attended today in relation to ongoing back issues and had a session with Jason. He was very thorough during the consultation to determine what the issues were and provided me with sketches of exercises to help alleviate the problems prior to a massage that was very beneficial. I have booked for a further massage next week and would recommend Jason as a physiotherapist.
