Have been seeing Dr McNeill for years now. She has always been friendly, helpful and professional which is why I keep coming back. Great communication, empathy, management and reassurance when you need it most. (Thank-you team!)
I found Dr McNeil to be very rushed, uncaring, didn't really give me the time of day. Wasn't interested and didn't seem to care to take a real interest in helping me with my health issues. Considering how much the appointments cost I expected better.
Very helpful and caring, Dr McNeil was great hives no more, thanks, my quality of life has improved immensely.
I had a really positive experience today when visiting this clinic. Dr McNeill was lovely and I felt heard during my appointment. I'm very allergic to cats and have cats at home and she is assisting me through this and didn't advise me to remove cats from my life, which means a lot to me because I'm a crazy cat lady . The nurse who performed my skin test was also very knowledgeable and super kind throughout this process. Thanks again to you both for making me feel comfortable today
