Alan and Karl provided an excellent, professional service. The installation was carried out efficiently, and you wouldn’t have known they’d been, as the area was left spotless afterwards. We used Newcastle Air Conditioning to install an aircon system in our ridiculously hot office building. Everyone we've dealt with from the initial contact to installation to after sales have been great. The team installed everything during business hours, and were quiet and clean meaning there was no disruption. We've since had an issue with the unit not working correctly and the team were out swiftly, identified an issue with a part and replaced this quickly. Everything now running smoothly!
Great service from start to finish. Karl worked with me to determine the best unit and design for our space. Then, it was installed in a fast time frame. Installed by the team who were very friendly. Aircon unit works great, it brings the temperature right down in my orangery and it also gives out very good heat. Highly recommended.
