Aron the owner is a scam artist!.. They take advantage of vulnerable people. You get no paper work or lease agreement and after 1 month he will most likely try and make an excuse to make you leave so aron can get the government rent start bond that is given to him. They make a nice profit getting all your bond from the Government. I don't drink or smoke, aron randomly goes into your room with out asking.
